Bellco FCU Pandemic Response to Our Members #2
March 16, 2020
 
As we continue to monitor developments of COVID-19, we must respond to Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf’s order to close all non-essential businesses in the state effective midnight March 16, 2020. His effort is to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in the public and help stop hospitals from being overwhelmed. With his decision, Bellco will be implementing the following changes at our branches:
 
Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 Bellco’s lobbies will be closed for transactions and will shift to drive up transactions only. Our call center will remain open and available to help with members questions. (610.373.5192)
 
Members with residential secured loans (Home Equity Loans/LOC) and (Mortgages) will be able to make appointments as needed for paperwork.
 
We recognize that our Members are now impacted by the global outbreak of this virus. Our focus remains on the safety and well-being of our members, employees and the communities we serve. We urge everyone to look out for the greater good of each other and observe the imposed restrictions. We stand ready to work with those experiencing financial difficulty as a result of COVID -19, and we are doing our best to assist to our members in the face of this situation.
 
To be proactive, we recommend that you enroll and begin to utilize all our remote access services. Through these channels, you may check balances, transfer funds, deposit checks, find the nearest ATM or branch location anywhere in the nation.
 
  1. 24/7 Online Banking on your personal computer- Sign up at www.bellcocu.org or call 610.373.5192 to enroll. This is our full-service online banking solution that provides real time account information.
  2. Mobile App- Visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search “Bellco Federal Credit Union.” This is our full-service mobile solution, including Remote Check Deposit, that provides real time account information.
  3. Telephone Banking/Voice Banking- Dial 610.373.5192 and choose option 5; you will be directed to setup access to Voice Banking. This service provides account balances, transfers and withdraw services.
  4. Shared Branching- Our members have access to over 5,500 shared credit union branches nationwide! To find the nearest locations:
    Option 1, Log on to your Bellco Mobile App and navigate to the “locations” service tab.
    Option 2, Visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and download the “CO-OP ATM Shared Branch Locator.”
