If I was previously enrolled into Internet Home Branching through Berks Community FCU, do I automatically receive the service through Bellco?
No, you must re-enroll into the service by clicking on the Internet Banking link on the Bellco homepage. You will need to enroll using your new Bellco account number. Simply, follow the enrollment steps by entering the requested information. When entering your new Log on ID and security code, pay close attention to how you are entering the Logon ID and security code.  Do not use spaces or symbols. If you are asked to enter an alpha-numeric security code, it must include letters and numbers.  

Can I link my Internet Banking Account to other members Internet Banking Accounts?
Yes, you now have the ability to link your Internet banking account to another member’s internet banking account. This will enable you to make deposits to another member’s account and view their account information. You are only authorized to do this if you are a joint member on the account. If you would like to do this, please contact a Bellco Member Service Representative at 610-373-5192.

How can I print my account information from Internet Banking so that the information does not get cut off?
When you go to print your Internet Banking Information, make sure you change your print option to Landscape, so that the printer does not cut off any account information.

Do I automatically receive Bellco eStatements if I was previously enrolled into the Berks Community FCU eStatement service?
No, you must re-enroll in the Bellco eStatement service by signing up online through your Internet Banking Account. To enroll, log into your Internet Banking Account, click on the self service tab, and choose eStatements (listed under additional accounts). Click on enroll.

Can I make a Visa payment to my credit union Visa through Bellco’s Internet Banking Service?
At this time, you cannot make a Visa payment through the Internet Banking service. This option will not be available until March 2010.  However, you can make an online payment to your credit union Visa through ezcardinfo.com. It is a secure site available to credit union members to make visa payments and view credit card account information. Simply go to www.ezcardinfo.com and set up a user name and password.

Does Bellco offer a service through the telephone that enables me to retrieve my account information and make transfers? Yes, the service is Call 24. It has the same functionality as the Audio Response service previously offered through Berks. To set up the Call 24 service, call 610-373-5192 and press 3. The first time that you call you will need to enroll into the service. You will be asked to enter a pin; your pin will be the last four digits of your social security number. If you are not the primary account holder on the account, this will not work. Only the primary account holder can set up the Call 24 service using the last four digits of their social security number as the pin.

Will I be able to obtain my account information for transactions performed prior to February 2, 2010 through the Internet Banking service or Call 24 (Audio Response)?  No, this information will not be available through these services. However, you will receive a final account statement in February that will include all account information, withdrawals, deposits, checks cleared, etc. for the month of January.
